So far in John’s Gospel, we have seen three separate “I AM” statements of The LORD Jesus: I
AM The Bread of Life (John 6:35), I AM The Light of The World (John 8:12), and I AM The Door (John
10:1-10). Today we see the fourth, and to many, the most comforting of the seven I AM’s of Jesus; I AM
The Good Shepherd.
