Many people in this world today have absolutely no concept of what it means to have one’s steps
“ordered by God”. They go about their lives, living as if they are in complete control over what they do.
While every man has been granted a “free will” to make decisions for themselves, it is ridiculous to
believe that we have any sort of control over what happens in this wicked world. Life on the earth is akin
to being on a worn and much-embattled ship, sails frail and torn, aimlessly drifting from one tempest at
sea to the next. Anyone who has lived long enough to have some degree of wisdom will tell you that we
have absolutely no control over our situation.
